Refunds & Returns & Exchanges & Cancellations
Please check the size, color, quantity, recipient, shipping address and other information carefully before payment. Once the order is generated, it can not be changed easily.
You should submit a help Ticket from Contact Us once you decide to cancel the order. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
We're frustrated if you're not 100% satisfied with what you've received, and we're happy to accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving most new items.
Get in touch with our customer service representative by sending us a ticket in your account. Indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.
Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.
Drop off you package at the local post office.
Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance to our return conditions.
1.You have 7 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 7 days of receipt.
2.The following items are non-returnable: used and damaged products, special offers.
3.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.The address on the logistics list is not our return address, so once returned according to it, we will not accept.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 3 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund, please double-check your bank account before contacting your credit card company.
Your refund will be refunded within 3 days after receipt of the goods and approval. If you have not received it, you can contact your bank directly. Generally, it will take some time for the bank to process it.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

If you are shipping an item over $59.9, you should consider using a vipbesthome shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
